There’s a line in a country song (about “hard times”) that goes “can’t never did and won’t never will”… very sound advise. It’s an empowering self ideology. Unfortunately in the popular culture that puts a good star bonus on and glorifies victimhood that works against this. This is a very debilitating self ideology.
