Time for Florida Patriots to call their state legislators, and get behind this Bill.

The new Bill, SB98, would support Florida citizens’ right to keep and bear arms “as it was understood at the time that the compact with the United States was agreed on.”

Among the legislative findings noted in the bill are the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which reserves the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and Section 8, Article I of the Florida Constitution, which proclaims that right for citizens of the state.

The bill would designate that the manufacture of firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition within Florida to be an “intrastate” activity, and therefore, beyond the federal government’s powers to regulate it as interstate commerce.

We need this before the libs start pushing for more regulation !
