Claim: '3 intelligence sources' say Obama used Brits to spy on Trump

Judge Napolitano: 'There's no American fingerprints on this'

Former President Obama used the British to spy on President Trump – both as a presidential candidate and as president-elect – to avoid having American “fingerprints” on the scandal, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano.

He says three intelligence sources have confirmed the bombshell revelations.

Napolitano explained that statues allow the president to surveil anyone in the U.S. without suspicion, probable cause or a warrant, but doing so would leave a trail of evidence.

Instead, he said, Obama deliberately chose to use Government Communications Headquarters, or GCHQ, the British spying agency with “24-7 access to the NSA database.”

He told “Fox & Friends” Tuesday:

Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice… He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them and say ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-elect Trump,’ [Obama’s] able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.

Napolitano claimed the GCHQ was approached on behalf of Obama. He said the unnamed man who ordered the surveillance quit his job in January.

“President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-elect Trump, he’s able to get it,” Napolitano said. “What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated.”

On Monday, the Justice Department requested more time to collect evidence on Obama’s alleged wiretaps of phones at Trump Tower. The House Intelligence Committee is giving the DOJ until March 20.

Brits are the top of the food chain on the five eyes spy network.

They are almost always the top people on that kind of stuff.

The scandalous American Negros are smart enough to know that if Trump was tied in with Scottish Rite, then they needed to present the opportunity and test to the Brits on the loyalty issue on providing intelligence product to Obama's people who probably hold rank in the Illuminati oriented cults. They probably also had enough close interaction with the Saudis to understand how prejudice "true Islam" is toward blacks, so no matter how scandalous and gangster they got, it's not like they were going to join the Arabs at the top of the Islamic world. Thus, yeah they spied on the election and made a few plays, but it wasn't always on Hillary's behalf.

Given that Obama and Hillary are not exactly best of friends, all parties probably went along with it.

Since we are not privvy to whatever deals were made during the Presidential transition, it's another reason why I think we need to back off and regroup while spying to determine what the sides really are now.

Where's wiretap proof? Spicer in epic tangle with press

Jabs media for 'double standards' on sources, 'cherry picking' quotes and 'false narratives'

Spicer spars with CNN over wiretapping claim

WASHINGTON – Sean Spicer was plainly fed up with the major media’s questioning of the president’s integrity during Thursday’s daily press briefing at the White House.

During an extensive and heated give-and-take on President Trump’s claim his campaign was surveilled by the Obama administration, the press secretary accused network reporters of “cherry picking” quotes, practicing a “double standard” in citing sources and continuing “to perpetuate a false narrative.”

“False narrative” would be media-speak for what the president has called “fake news.”

Time and again, reporters asked: Where is the evidence for the president’s claim, and would he apologize if he turned out to be wrong?

After telling ABC’s Jonathan Karl, “I am trying to answer your question, Jonathan, if you can calm down,” Spicer launched into what might have been the longest answer ever given at a White House press briefing, coming in just a few seconds short of eight minutes.

Spicer turned the tables on the media with an epic-length answer that underscored a fact WND has reported repeatedly: The evidence the media keeps asking him to provide has already been published – by that very same media.

Spicer proceeded to read lengthy passages from published reports detailing evidence of surveillance of the Trump campaign by the Obama administration, material WND has reported repeatedly and extensively, including the March 7 article titled “Irony alert: New York Times asks ‘Where’s evidence’ for own wiretap story.”

Spicer read verbatim from four stories by the New York Times, as well as stories from CIRCA, Fox News, Heat Street and National Review. He also mentioned reporting by the BBC, the Guardian and McClatchy.

Perhaps the most salient excerpts came from a Jan. 19 online story in the New York Times with the Jan. 20 print-version headline of: “Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides.”

[Linked Image]

One sentence confirmed the Obama administration was investigating the Trump campaign:

“American law enforcement and intelligence agencies are examining intercepted communication and financial transactions as part of a broad investigation of possible links between Russian officials and associates of President-elect Donald J. Trump.”

In the next sentence, the Times itself appeared to confirm Trump’s allegation that President Obama saw information on the Trump campaign obtained by spying:

“One official said intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications have been provided to the White House.”

The back-and-forth during the press briefing included exchanges during which Spicer grew increasingly exasperated as reporters asked variations of the same questions.

When Karl pointed out that House Intelligence committee chair Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said he hadn’t he seen any evidence of spying yet, Spicer began to lose his patience.

He told the reporter: “When Devin Nunes came out and said, I think it’s very possible – yesterday – it was crickets from you guys. When Devin Nunes came out and said there was no connection that he saw to Russia – crickets. When (Sen.) Tom Cotton said the same. You don’t want to cover the stuff.”

When Karl pressed on, Spicer retorted, “It’s interesting how when evidence comes out and people who have been briefed on the Russia connection come out and say that there was nothing that they have seen that proves a connection, you choose not to cover that, you don’t stop the narrative, you continue to perpetuate a false narrative.”

Illustrating what he termed a double standard in the media’s coverage, Spicer noted: “There’s a ton of media reports out there that indicate that something was going on during the [2016] election. And I think it’s interesting, where was the question of the New York Times or these other outlets when that was going on? Where was the question?”

Karl concluded with a question: “So he’ll be vindicated? You think he’s going to be vindicated?

“I believe he will,” replied Spicer for the umpteenth time, over the course of the last few weeks.

CNN’s Jim Acosta tried to minimize the significance of Spicer’s eight-minute recitation by noting he had cited Fox News host Sean Hannity and Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano, but the press secretary was having none of it.

He replied, “I also quoted – I get you’re going to cherry-pick – no, no, OK, you also tend to overlook all of the other sources that – because I know you want to cherry-pick it. But at the – no, no, but you do. But where was your concern about the New York Times reporting? You didn’t seem to have a concern with that.”

Spicer also took the CNN reporter to task for suggesting all the published evidence he cited was insignificant.

Acosta said, “These connections between the aides of the president – associates of the president to the Russians has all been looked at and it’s …”

“No, wait, how do you know all this?” wondered Spicer. “How do you seem to be such an expert on this?”

“I’m saying that this has been looked at, Sean. We’ve all looked at it,” said the CNN reporter.

“How do you know it’s been looked at?” shot back Spicer.

Acosta seemed to be saying all the published evidence the press secretary had recited was insignificant because the media had already reviewed it. Spicer’s point was that no one yet knew what investigators would make of it.

After some more back-and-forth, the CNN reporter demanded, “Why can’t we just end this farce and just have the president say he was wrong?”

After noting that he had already answered that question, Spicer continued: “It’s interesting how you jump to all of these conclusions about what they (investigators) have and what they don’t have, and you seem to know all the answers. But at the end of the day, there was clearly a ton of reporting …”

Acosta interrupted, “So a week from now, we’re going to be wrong, you’re going to be right?”

Spicer responded, in part, “There’s no question that there were surveillance techniques used throughout this, I think, by a variety of outlets, that have reported this activity concluded.”

He added, “[A]s Chairman Nunes said yesterday, when you take it literally and – wiretapping, the president has already been very clear that he didn’t mean specifically wiretapping. He had it in quotes. So I think to fall back on that is a false premise.”

Undeterred and sticking to literalism, another reporter asked, “If all this comes out and there’s no proof that President Obama had any role in any wiretapping, if there was no wiretapping, will President Trump then offer an apology to President Obama?”

An exasperated Spicer replied, “I was asked this like three times this week, and I think the answer is we’re not going to prejudge what the outcome of this is.”

This isn't even allegations or intelligence work, it'st just plain remembering. Like Obama said on Saturday Night Live (about Trump) "at least I will go down in history as a President"..

As it is, they apparently were expecting to win and damn straight they would be rubbing it in the faces of political opponents in the future that the Democrat party, when in power, will use the full might of the state security apparatus against it's enemies, foreign or domestic.

I don't think people understand the scale of what's going on but we all remember those selective tax audits even on organizations looking to oppose Democrats in the 2016 elections as far pack as 2013. It's all the same blatant behavior and it's not like they can go around buying up all remaining copies of a newspaper and trashing them the way it used to be done. The Internet is forever - almost.

Just recently, when I got some personal threat emails from some of the people in Washington State, one of whom being a well connected "retired" upper management GAO official, there was an email that straight up changed while I kept referencing it but neglected to print it out, but even if I had, the text could have easily been regarded as inserted into it myself. That kind of pull at Yahoo would only be someone with serious connections, or me being as psychotic as they say I am, except other postings and emails made by the same people remained. That made semi-public through enough different avenues that they can't all be subdued.

Life liberty, and the pursuit of those who threaten them.

NSA Documents Prove Surveillance of Donald Trump & His Family

Bombshell discovery shows targets of NSA's "Project Dragnet"

Jerome Corsi - March 19, 2017

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Infowars.com have obtained credible information from law enforcement sources regarding individual records of U.S. citizens under National Security Agency (NSA) electronic surveillance in the years 2004 through 2010 – a database that suggests both Donald J. Trump and Alex Jones were under illegal, unauthorized government monitoring during those years.

Michael Zullo, formerly the commander and chief investigator of the Cold Case Posse (CCP), a special investigative group created in 2006 in the office of Joseph M. Arpaio, formerly the sheriff in Maricopa County, an Arizona State Certified Law Enforcement Agency, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, provided sections of the database to Infowars.com.

The electronic surveillance database, provided to Zullo by a whistleblower in 2013, was apparently created by the NSA as part of the NSA’s illegal and unconstitutional Project Dragnet electronic surveillance of U.S. citizens, first revealed by news reports published in 2005, as further documented by the revelations of whistleblower Edward Snowden in 2013.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo have identified dozens of entries at various addresses, including both Trump Tower in New York City and Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, under which Donald Trump was apparently under NSA electronic surveillance from 2004, during President George W. Bush’s term of office, through 2009, the first year of President Obama’s presidency.

While attempts have been made to deny such domestic surveillance, reports from the New York Times in 2014 showed the Central Intelligence Agency had done just that by spying on a senate panel investigating the agency’s use of “enhanced interrogation.”

In a 2016 article from The Guardian entitled, “‘A constitutional crisis’: the CIA turns on the Senate,” it is likewise noted just how drastic and widespread the CIA’s domestic surveillance operation was.

As revealed from the Dragnet database, not only was Trump himself surveilled but so were numerous employees of his located at Trump Tower.

Former CIA officer Larry Johnson recently joined the Alex Jones show to discuss how intelligence sources have stated that such surveillance of Trump during the presidential election in fact took place.

Here is a partial list of the Trump employees that show up in the Project Dragnet database:

• Patricia Hernandez, a Manager for the Trump Organization, was under NSA electronic surveillance at Trump Parc, Central Park South, in New York City, at phone 212-586-xxxx, date: 9/16/2008.

• Mike van der Goes, a Golf Pro at Oceans Trails Golf Course in Palos Verdes, who was promoted to be general manager when Trump bought the course from the bank in 2005 and renamed it Trump National. Mike van der Goes was under surveillance at Trump National, 1 Ocean TRL, Rancho Palos Verdes, California, at phone: 310-265-xxxx, no date.

• Carolyn Kepcher, a frequent guest on NBC’s television program “The Apprentice,” who was under NSA electronic surveillance when she was General Manager at the Trump National Golf Course in Briarcliff, New York, in Westchester County north of New York City, at 339 Pine Rd., in Briarcliff, New York, at phone 914-944-xxxx, date: 9/7/206.

• Joe Traci, a Real Estate Property Manager at Trump New World Property Management, at 438 W. 69th Street, New York City, phone 212-769-xxxx, date: 11/12/2008; and at 5 12th Street, New York City, phone: 212-586-xxxx, no date.

• Roger Socio, a Senior Project Manager, Trump Organization, Trump Tower, 725 Fifth Avenue, New York City, phone: 212-715-xxxx, 2/23/2009.

• Bill Fichter, Residents Manager, Trump Organization, Trump Palace, 200 E. 69th Street, New York City, phone: 212-879-xxxx, date: 2/24/2009.

• Florin Bogosel, Trump Park Avenue, 502 Park Avenue, New York City, phone: 212-223-xxxx, no date.

• Grace Dunne, Trump Park Residence, 3770 Barger Street, Shrub Oak, New York, phone: 914-245-xxxx, date 1/26/2006.

• Greg Bradley, Vice President, Trump Pavilion for Nursing and Rehabilitation, 9028 Van Wyck, East Richmond Hill, New York, phone: 718-291-xxxx, no date.

All these employees appear to have been under NSA phone surveillance, plus various of them under financial surveillance as well.

The Project Dragnet database suggests Trump was under surveillance not only for phone conversations, but also for financial information, including most likely bank account transactions, credit card transactions, and tax filings.

Both federal and state law enforcement have had access to the Project Dragnet database, allowing widespread use for methods such as parallel construction. The practice, outlined in the 2013 Reuters article, “U.S. directs agents to cover up program used to investigate Americans,” reveals the breadth of information that trickles down to law enforcement from high-level intelligence agencies.

Also listed as under NSA surveillance in the period 2004-2010 was Trump’s former wife, Ivanka Trump at House of Ivanka, 10 East 64th Street, New York City.

The Project Dragnet database also indicates that the NSA was conducting electronic surveillance on an extensive list of Trump employees in the years 2004-2010 – the only years for which Sheriff Arpaio had data.

Alex Jones is listed as being under electronic surveillance for phone records, as well as under surveillance for financial records, in 2006. The address listed for Alex Jones in the NSA Project Dragnet database was correct for his residence at that time. So too, Alex Jones confirmed the phone number listed was also correct.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo have validated through law enforcement channels the validity of the name, address, and telephone numbers for the dates that appear in the Project Dragnet database.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo are prepared to share relevant information with appropriate federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, as well as the Department of Justice, Homeland Security Department, the White House, and members of Congress the Project Dragnet Database in whole, or in part, as it pertains to NSA electronic surveillance of Donald J. Trump and his various employee.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo also show up in the database, listed as being under both phone and financial surveillance.

Zullo explained that he and Arpaio came in contact with the information from Operation Dragnet during an unrelated investigation that began in October 2013 and ended January 2015.

A whistleblower by the name of Dennis Montgomery brought forward information that Montgomery alleges was collected while he was employed as a subcontractor for the NSA, working on various surveillance projects.

Court documents do verify Montgomery was contracted by the NSA, in part to develop computer breaching software that has been utilized in government mass surveillance operations targeting American citizens without legal justification.

While Montgomery’s credibility has been called into question, Zullo maintains that the amount of information provided by Montgomery related to Operation Dragnet was extraordinarily voluminous and that Montgomery had shared information with investigators in 2013 that is only now being revealed by media outlets.

Mike Savage had Jerome Corsi on his show today. Turns out the government had Savage and Joseph Farah under surveillance too.

Roger Stone Responds To Us Senate Intelligence Committee

Bogus claim cooked up to get "Trump Associate communicated with Russian Hacker" fake news headline

Roger Stone

It was reported in the New York Times yesterday that I have received a letter from the U.S Senate Intelligence Committee. The letter, dated February 17, reached me on March 17- Saint Patrick’s Day.

I am anxious to rebut allegations that I had any improper or nefarious contact with any agent of the Russia State based on facts not misleading and salacious headlines. Claims of Russian influence or collusion in the Trump Campaign by the Intelligence Community are backed up by ZERO evidence.

As I told the Times I am willing to appear voluntarily if the committee isn’t looking for the headline of issuing a subpoena.

Any inference that my innocuous, fully disclosed Twitter exchange and tweets with a hacker known as Guccifer 2.0, who may or may not be a Russian asset, constitutes “collusion” is disproved by the content, the facts and the time-line of events.

My only communication came almost six weeks after the Wikileaks release of the purloined DNC documents that reveal that Hillary had to cheat to beat Bernie.

“Collusion” with someone has to be before the event. Not after. I myself reported his role in the DNC hacking in a piece for BREITBART NEWS August 5th, ten days before my cursory exchange with the hacker who I only now learn is suspected of being a Russian agent.

I am accused of colluding with Guccifer 2.0 to hack and release the DNC documents when my only communication with him via Twitter is six weeks after Wikileaks published the very documents in question. The content of our actual exchanged – now fully released – is benign.

This bogus claim was cooked up to get “Trump Associate communicated with Russian Hacker’ headline and post it to a dozen Fake News Sites thanks to the Brock-Soros smear machine and their many paid bots.

On January 20th, The New York Times reported on PAGE A-1 – WIRETAPPED DATA USED IN INQUIRY OF TRUMP AIDES. I am one of three Trump Associates named in the story. Was I wire-tapped? On what evidence? A Clinton campaign press release? What judge ordered the tap?

More importantly who leaked that I was under surveillance? If I was under surveillance pursuant to a FISA warrant the leak of this information would be a felony by whoever leaked it. The intelligence agencies pushing this false Russian narrative through a series of illegal leaks have hurt my ability to make a living and are soiling my reputation. The government is in possession of no evidence whatsoever that shows that I colluded with the Russian State.

I welcome the opportunity to be sworn and testify before the any Senate or House hearing that will conduct said hearings in public and not behind closed doors. Let’s see if they can handle the Truth.

I hope the Senate will be equally vigorous in questioning former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, FBI Director James Comey, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch as well as calling Ray McGovern, Thomas Drake, William Binney, and Craig Murray about what they know about the surveillance of Donald Trump.

The adamant denials that candidate Trump was under surveillance by the Intelligence Community must be seen in light of their lies about torture at Abu Dhabi, lies why our mission in Benghazi was attacked, lies about renditions, lies about the scope of meta-data collection, lies about Weapons of Mass Destruction and the control of Saddam Hussein. The congressmen and senators on the Intelligence Committee are either gullible or blackmail-able. Of course they buy the lies.

The Obama Administration vehemently denies asking the British M- to conduct the surveillance to provide deniability to the spooks at Langley. The British are feigning outrage but very well placed “drys” very high up in the Tory Party assure me Judge Andrew Napolitano’s report is correct and that the British foreign surveillance service, the Government Communications Headquarters, known as GCHQ, most likely provided Obama with transcripts of Trump’s calls.

The NSA has given GCHQ full 24/7 access to its computers, so GCHQ — a foreign intelligence agency that, like the NSA, operates outside our constitutional norms — has the digital versions of all electronic communications made in America in 2016, including Trump’s.

The flat denials of the Intelligence services and FBI cannot be taken at face value.

The feigned outrage by the Brits is their role as the cut-out. The Watergate cover-up took a year to crumble. The President’s claim that he was spied on will yet be proven.

The double-standard is stunning. We are told the hijacking of the elections by the Russians is a certainty without a shred of proof yet we reject the idea Trump was spied on because there is no proof.

GCHQ Appoints New Director After Trump Spy Claims

MI5 veteran Jeremy Fleming selected as new head of the UK surveillance agency

MI5 veteran Jeremy Fleming will succeed Robert Hannigan as the head of British intelligence agency GCHQ in the aftermath of White House claims that the agency spied on President Trump.

Last week, sources revealed GCHQ might have colluded with former President Obama to spy on Donald Trump and his associates.

Fox News analyst Judge Napolitano said that according to three separate sources President Obama may have used GCHQ to illegally spy on Trump.

.@Judgenap: Three intel sources have disclosed that Pres. Obama turned to British spies to get surveillance on Trump pic.twitter.com/IghCFm7qhO

— FOX & friends (@foxandfriends) March 14, 2017

The agency dismissed the allegations after White House press secretary Sean Spicer repeated Napolitano’s claim.

When a reporter asked President Trump about Spicer’s remark he said, “All we did was quote a certain very talented legal mind who was the one responsible for saying that on television. You shouldn’t be talking to me, you should be talking to Fox.”

Fox has since fired Napolitano and apologized.

I just made a few contacts with some folks in the belly of the beast so to speak. I went to what is supposedly enemy think tank cental to get a feel for the situation and got a lot of updates.

The whole double standard thing is waking a lot of people up. The sources repeat a lot of what I heard and saw around Portland and heard from Seattle. Lots of double standard, and the buck always stops at the prosecutor's offices and attorneys.

Individual alphabet agency personnel are making discreet contact with some of these groups and trying to help develop cases, and are noting that when cases against leftist thugs are pushed up the chain of command, they are dismissed and ignored. If it's a right wing guy, it goes max charges. The pushback is being organized from immigrant groups, the real problem is entirely domestic.

They have also confirmed that ringleaders are frequently in close proximity to ex-officials from the Obama regime who seem to be operating in full swing as if they have full funding.

Serious claim: FBI's Comey 'falsely' denied surveillance

'Orwellian Big Brother' intrusion on Trump, other citizens in public and private sector

Bob Unruh

The lawyer who founded Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch, Larry Klayman, has sent a letter to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, asking him to look at a whistleblower’s evidence of “systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans, again including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even yours truly.”

That spying was done, Klayman’s letter contends, by the FBI.

It’s become a major issue following President Trump’s assertion that he and Trump Tower were spied upon by the federal government, and the subsequent denials by intelligence and law-enforcement officials, including FBI Director James Comey, who famously cleared Hillary Clinton on accusations she mishandled classified information as U.S. secretary of state.

Klayman has been working with Dennis Montgomery, a former NSA and Central Intelligence Agency contractor who “left the NSA and CIA with 47 hard drives and over 600 million pages of information, much of which is classified.”

Montgomery then “sought to come forward legally as a whistleblower to appropriate government entities, including congressional intelligence committees, to expose that the spy agencies were engaged for years in systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans.”

Explained Klayman: “Working side by side with former Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who lied in congressional testimony, and former Obama Director of the CIA, the equally ethically challenged John Brennan, Montgomery witnessed ‘up close and personal’ this “Orwellian Big Brother’ intrusion on privacy, likely for potential coercion, blackmail or other nefarious purposes.”

But he said the testimony has been essentially ignored.

Now, however, with the issue pending before Congress, there even are media reports that appear to substantiate the general claims that the government has been spying. The New York Times in January referenced wiretapping at Trump Tower, and just this week ABC News documented that the FBI monitored Trump Tower.

The report claimed, “But it was not placed at the behest of Barack Obama, and the target was not the Trump campaign of 2016. For two years ending in 2013, the FBI had a court-approved warrant to eavesdrop on a sophisticated Russian organized crime money-laundering network that operated out of unit 63A in Trump Tower in New York.”

It resulted in the indictments of more than 30 people, ABC said.

Explained the report: “The FBI investigation did not implicate Trump. But Trump Tower was under close watch. Some of the Russian mafia figures worked out of unit 63A in the iconic skyscraper – just three floors below Trump’s penthouse residence – running what prosecutors called an ‘international money-laundering, sports gambling and extortion ring.'”

Klayman, a Washington watchdog who repeatedly took on the Clinton political machine to investigate suspicion of wrongdoing, explained in his letter to Nunes, which was copied to other members of Congress, that he previously won a judgment from U.S. District Judge Richard Leon preliminarily halting the “illegal, warrantless, and massive surveillance of U.S. citizens and lawful residents” in 2015.

As part of Nunes’ hearing on claims of government spying, he invited “anyone who has information about these topics to come forward.”

Klayman said that is exactly what Montgomery has done.

“There is a myriad of evidence, direct and circumstantial, of the illegal and unconstitutional surveillance disclosed to the FBI by Montgomery,” said Klayman, describing how his client made an on-camera interview with the agency about the misdeeds some time ago.

He said Montgomery “holds much of the roadmap to ‘draining the swamp’ of this corruption of our democracy.”

Montgomery, Klayman said, has information “that the spy agencies were engaged for years in systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans.”

During Montgomery’s interview with FBI General Counsel James Baker, under grants of immunity, he “laid out how persons like then businessman Donald Trump were illegally spied upon by Clapper, Brennan, and the spy agencies of the Obama administration.”

“He even claimed that these spy agencies had manipulated voting in Florida during the 2008 presidential election, where illegal tampering resulted in helping Obama to win the White House.”

But that interview, “conducted and videotaped by Special FBI Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett, occurred almost two years ago, and nothing that I know of has happened since.”

Klayman wrote that it appears to have been “buried” by Comey, possibly because “the FBI itself collaborates with the spy agencies to conduct illegal surveillance.”

He said he previously visited with a staff lawyer, Allen Souza, to inform Nunes of questions that needed to be put to Comey while under oath.

“My expressed purpose: to have Chairman Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee ask Comey, under oath, why he and his FBI have seemingly not moved forward with the Montgomery investigation while, on the other hand, the FBI director recently claimed publicly, I believe falsely, that there is ‘no evidence’ of surveillance on President Trump and those around him by the Obama administration.

“Indeed, there is,” he wrote.

He tells members of Congress that Comey needs to be grilled during a subsequent hearing, now set for March 28. He asks Nunes to respond by March 24 to let “the American people, and Mr. Montgomery … know where you and the other members of your committee stand.”

“Do you intend to get at and investigate the full truth, or as has regrettably been the case for many years in government, sweep the truth under the carpet?”

Other recipients of the letter were Reps. Adam Schiff, Mike Conaway, Peter King, Frank LoBiondo, Tom Rooney, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Michael Turner, Brad Wenstrup, Chris Stewart, Rich Crawford, Trey Gowdy, Elise Stefanik, Will Hurd, Jim Hines, Terri Sewell, Andre Carson, Jackie Speier, Mike Quigley, Eric Swalwell, Joaquin Castro and Denny Heck.

A simple command allows the CIA to commandeer 318 models of Cisco switches

Bug relies on telnet protocol used by hardware on internal networks.

Cisco Systems said that more than 300 models of switches it sells contain a critical vulnerability that allows the CIA to use a simple command to remotely execute malicious code that takes full control of the devices. There currently is no fix.

If anybody is into classy French films with subtitles, and you have time, check out one from 1994, called

The Three Colors: Red

Done by a Polish director right at the end if the Cold War. It was part of the implied film industry "illuminati" sales pitch for the surveillance state. Framed In a romance. Understand this is what Snowden criticized as being considered ideal by those NSA and intelligence agency women who were using spy resources to screen men for dating purposes.

The Political Class Murders Itself

March 23, 2017

Spread the love

The point at which the Roman Republic moved from republic to empire is generally placed at the point when the Senate granted Octavian almost unlimited power and he adopted the title Augustus. Some historians argue it was when Caesar crossed the Rubicon or when Octavian defeated Antony at Actium. The implication is that once the transition was started, there was no turning back. The more useful analysis is to think of it as a process, with roots in the Republic, that evolved to the point where dictatorship was inevitable.

The die was most likely cast when the Republic began to compromise its own rules for limiting and distributing power. The system they had created was a reflection of the tribal realities of the early republic. In order to keep any one family from gaining too much power, they systematically limited the time anyone served in office. The system also forced an apprenticeship on those who went into public life. This had the benefit of making public men buy into the system. Therefore they were willing to defend it.

That meant the system had a policing mechanism to sort out enemies before they could cause trouble. An ambitious young man could not skip any steps on his way up the ladder, so once he got up the ladder, he was not agreeing to any changes in the process. Defending the system was a way to defend one’s prerogatives, but also a way to defend the system from lunatics. Verpus Maximus may be smart and talented, but he was not only going to wait his turn, he was going to do all the jobs necessary to prove his worth.

This system started to break down with the rivalry of Sulla and Marius. Sulla was the first man to hold the office of consul twice. He also got away with marching an army on Rome itself, in order to defeat his rival, Marius. Both of these acts were supposed to be disqualifying, but exceptions were made for expediency. Sulla sided with the Senate so the Senate bent the rules to serve themselves. A good case can be made that this is the point when it was all over for the Republic.

It was just a matter of time before someone used Sulla as a precedent.

It is a good lesson to keep in mind as the politicians in the Imperial Capital wrangle over what could be a very dangerous scandal for them.

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes declared Wednesday that members of Donald Trump’s transition team, possibly including Trump himself, were under inadvertent surveillance following November’s presidential election.

The White House and Trump’s allies immediately seized on the statement as vindication of the president’s much-maligned claim that former President Barack Obama wiretapped Trump Tower phones — even though Nunes himself said that’s not what his new information shows.

Democrats, meanwhile, cried foul.

Rep. Adam Schiff of California, the top Democrat on the intelligence panel, cast doubt on Nunes’ claims in a fiery statement and blasted the chairman for not first sharing the information with him or other committee members.

Schiff also slammed Nunes for briefing the White House on Wednesday afternoon given that the Intelligence Committee is in the middle of an investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election, including possible collusion with the Trump team.

The political class chased Nixon out of town for talking about the use of the FBI and CIA as weapons against political opponents. The rule in politics has been that the use of the IRS or the intelligence agencies was expressly prohibited. There could be no exceptions for obvious reasons, as it would give these bureaucracies dangerous power. That was the lesson of Hoover. If the CIA or IRS are allowed to use their powers to gather dirt on elected officials, then they can control elected officials. That’s the end of democracy.

Of course, there’s another reason to take certain weapons off the table in politics. That’s self preservation. In prior ages, where the winners had the losers killed, the challengers would always have as their goal, the death of the current ruler. That prompted the ruler to get ahead of the curve and have any potential challengers killed, before they could be any trouble. This was Stalin’s game and he just about gutted the the intellectual and political elite of Russia in the process. They still have not recovered from it.

That’s what makes this so dangerous. It’s now clear what happened. The Obama people started spying on Trump once he had the nomination or perhaps even earlier. They may have started earlier with an eye on helping the Republicans knock him off in the primary, but that’s not clear. They figured that Clinton was a lock so they were not careful about covering their tracks. The Clinton people are as dirty as it gets so they were not going to be ratting on anyone over it. If anything, they would expand on it.

This is where the Russian hacking story comes into the picture. Once disaster struck and Team Obama realized they had a problem, they needed cover, so they started with the Russian hacking nonsense. They would then claim that it was all an accident and they were just trying to prevent Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale from attacking our democracy! It’s also why Obama signed a retroactive Executive Order giving cover to the intel agencies for their domestic spying activities. They were creating a cover story.

The complication is that it appears that at least one person has perjured himself over this and that one person is FBI Director Comey. There’s no way to square his testimony with these new revelations. The best he can do is split hairs and claim he was not part of the spying effort. Of course, there’s no way to touch him as he runs the FBI. In fact, there’s no way to investigate any of the intelligence organizations. This is the point where many of the robot historians of the future will say the American political class murdered itself.

Unless there is some will to address it, and that’s highly unlikely, we now have a new normal where highly politicized intelligence agencies are used by both sides to discredit one another and discredit any attempts to reform the system. It’s no longer a game of rules. It is a zero sum game of power and that cycle only ends one way, with someone marching their army on the capital and taking control. As with Rome, whoever emerges as the dictator will not have murdered the system. The system will have murdered itself.

They might be more successful finding out who was wire tapping by asking the IRS if they were in on it. That would be my guess on who did it. Folks are scared enough of them to not question them.

The brutal fact is that the intelligence services have everybody who uses anything connected to the internet and has an interface, microphone, camera, and they have every "keystroke".

U.S. Intel: damn, we can't look at him/her, they are a citizen. Let's hand that to GCHQ, who has direct access to our shit, they'll process it, and they share it back.

They have everyone. Trump too.
