A few more must plant to have in AO

The plants listed below are no mationence plants,basicaly sow seed's and let grow,advise plant around water sorce,another good place is where run off water collects.Here is a way to get it off to a good start.Clear an area that measures 1 and a half feet by 1 and a half feet,do this all over AO,in different area's.The plants will reproduce year after year,execpt beets-carrots-chard,they have to winter over before going to seed. Doing this also adds meat for the pot,eventualy the animals will be aware,and see a free meal,it keeps them in the area.One other thing don't plant different seeds in one area,in other words beers in one carrots in another so on and so on,this makes sure some don't cross pollonate. The must plants are beets-carrots-chard-spinach.

Will these stand up during winter? I.e. will I have to replant these come spring?

Spinach about only one,but it produces a lot of seed,when it does
