Cookstove Gourmet

Does anybody have some favorite recipes they like to use when camping or otherwise cooking with an MSR or a Coleman stove?

I always enjoy having pancakes made from add water mix, topped with a bit of rehydrated fruit on top. If I've got it, a bit of syrup is good too.

I also will drink hot jello mix as a drink. Or tea sweetened with plenty of cane sugar.

What's your favorite things, besides MREs.

My two favorites are cube up potatoes with the skin on, cut up an onion, add a bunch of garlic and butter all wrapped up in aluminum foil and cook it on the fire. My other is to cut up cabbage, onion, kielbasa, cayenne pepper ground, garlic and butter. I put that in my Dutch oven and cook it over wood fire.
