Turns out the modern vehicles with fuel injection and computer controls might not be such a bad thing.
This kid rocks a late model F150 with a Barrett, 50 cal. The engine control computer put the rig into "failsafe mode", basically an emergency running condition which makes it run on less than all cylinders.
Two direct engine compartment hits, and the truck could still get off the X if it were an ambush.
That puts a chilling effect on the concept of single shot .50 cal AR uppers being vehicle stoppers.
