Glenn Beck Leaving Fox News?

Recent headlines surrounding Glenn Beck’s health problems could be a face-saving ploy to pave the way for his exit from Fox News, which could be a reason why Beck has become increasingly hardcore in recent weeks, knowing that he is on his way out.

Since Beck has been appointed the de facto leader of the patriot movement by the establishment media while reaching some 50 million people a week, it’s necessary to look at why he’s started to cover real issues in recent months instead of blaming the march of big government collectivism on people like Van Jones and other relative nobodies.

Although Beck undoubtedly has genuine health problems, these could just be a secondary factor to the real reasons why he may be preparing to quit Fox News in the near future.

We challenged Glenn Beck to stop identifying Woodrow Wilson and people from the early decades of the 20th century as the real threat to America and to be fair he responded by talking about modern-day eugenicists such as John Holdren, Eric Pianka and Fred Singer.

We challenged Beck to talk about poison in the water and the entire neo-eugenics movement and he actually started doing so.

So when Beck responds to criticisms we have leveled at him, it’s hard to continue bashing the guy. Quite frankly, Beck is becoming more like Alex Jones on a daily basis, which is why it’s difficult to accept that he will be allowed to continue on Fox News for much longer. We’ve noticed a marked difference in Beck’s tone and the nature of the information he covers in recent weeks.

Beck was undoubtedly molded by Fox News as a pied piper for the patriot movement and a phony leader for the Tea Party, but watching his most recent programs makes you wonder whether he knows his time is short and if he has decided to lay it all out in the knowledge that the date has already been set for his departure from Fox News.

As the Make it Eh blog recently pointed out, Beck may be “getting it a little too well.”

He may have delved so deep into the research he and his staff are doing that he is finding a reality that he cannot ignore. He is no doubt getting his information from sources surrounding Alex Jones – like Alan Watt, David Icke, Mark Dice, and others.

Could Beck be seeing that there is more to this than he initially was led to believe? Is his research leading him where it has led the rest of us – to the realization that it is all too real? When Beck says “I know you get this”, is he telling those of us that might see the new Glenn, that he has been led down a path that he too now realizes is wrong?

While giving credit to Jones may be out, he probably realizes “research” leads to Jones and others, and the bigger truth he cannot bring. He has good reason to go beyond his employer’s wishes. He has said it himself, and if this is indeed where he is going, we all need to give him credit for bravery.

As Robert Ringer points out, Beck has told too much truth about who really runs America to be allowed to continue to enjoy such a massive platform of 50 million viewers and listeners a week.

“I ponder what the Obamaviks will do to try to stop him from destroying their efforts to transform the U.S. into a collectivist paradise,” writes Ringer, speculating that Roger Ailes could be pressured to kick Beck off the air.

Mark Leibovich’s recent lengthy profile of Beck for the New York Times also included several fairly weighty suggestions that Beck is on the verge of leaving Fox News.

Although Beck’s popularity could be allowed to fizzle out should a Republican look like taking the White House in 2012, we believe it’s likelier that he will have left Fox before that time, whether he quits or is pushed.

What do you think? Is Beck still firmly under the control of Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes? Will he merely just become another parrot for Republican talking points after 2012? Or is he genuinely beginning to realize that the elite’s plans for America are far too devastating for him not to stand up against, even at the risk of him losing his $50 million dollar a year contract?

I would rather listen to him, than 99% of the other talking heads on TV. You get more of the truth from him than others who just spew what they are told to tell by the current administration in DC.

If FOX axes him it will be a BIG mistake.

MANY MANY MANY more people have 'woken up' due to Glenn Beck than any other person on the planet.

To call him a "puppet" or a "rat" is disingenuous and myopic. Yeah - he may not have always "gotten it" - but the process of "getting it" takes time - and he is "there". The dude gets it - and is preaching it - to MILLIONS.

I hope he doesn't leave Fox - cause then he can't/won't be able to reach 50 million viewers.

cheers

I for one, am glad that he has done what he has done. He has woken up the masses. This is to our benefit. You cannot win the hearts and minds of the people if they aren't awake to what is really happening to our country.

I hope he gets down and dirty with the facts, and shouts it out on every mountain top!!! Say it loud, say it proud.

beck is a net plus, even if he is yet to realize the logical consequences of the truth he uncovers and shares with the audience.

The only way it could be any better, would be to give the Judge an hour every day.
