BATFE Violates The Law Again

Anchorage Second Amendment Task Force

Anchorage, AK --(Ammoland.com)- BATFE is violating the law again.

Anchorage gun shops are being visited by BATFE agents that are requesting the shops 4473 forms as far back as 2007.

They claim they want to make copies of the “book”. This is defacto registration, against the law, and BATFE knows it.

Please inform everyone you know about this and notify any gun dealers you know that they don’t have to comply. Contact your congressman and senators and demand a full investigation.

Don Young and our Senators have been informed about what is happening. Congressman Young is acutely interested but our senators seem to be indifferent.

The very existence of BATFE is a violation of the law. So, I'm not too terribly surprised at this latest outrage.

Quoted for truth. The BATFags exist to destroy the 2A among other things. And we all know why they would want copies of "The books" anyway. The latest and greatest socioeconomic front runner, The NWO is coming to a city or town near YOU! Grab a good seat ladies and gents, its gonna get interesting soon.

They start in one county in one state then its your county in your state. Then its accepted because all the others complied. Next thing they have a new power.

Kind of odd and redundant since they have been saving information from the instant background checks since at least 1999, probably further back than that.

...and gun shop owners will comply with ratting everyone else out so long as they can keep their 'privilege' of 'dealing in firearms'. Which is why I won't go into one if I can help it-they even hit you up for your information if you so much as buy a magazine or some other acroutment. Stick to yard sales, flea markets, and smaller gun shows. Mebbe risk going to one of the big ones at the end of the day and get a private sale ARM.
