Pretty cool vehicle but I'm not sure why it's needed in a free society. Maybe because the gov arms the drug cartels?

More importantly though, you now know who to aim for first; the guy who stays behind in the turret.
They have an armored vehicle SPECIFICALLY designed to resist mines. WTF? Mines? Who the hell in CONUS has mines?

If you read the TM, they have limited off road capability and are not to be driven at speeds over 10 MPH over open ground.
This is an urban assault / highway convoy escort vehicle.

I bet the select number of bridges in each state rated to carry the weight of those things are probably not mine-resistant though...
AFTERTHOUGHT: (or, for that matter, the Semi-Trucks that they have to be transported to the Combat Zone on.)
