I heard a similar rumor back around Y2K.

Not only are they getting ready but they are also running drills, shipping in military equipment via train, driving convoys through the cities and just the other day they had attack helicopters flying through Miami Fl and other states. They even fired shoots inside Miami from the choppers and made it classified information to as why they were running those drills.

Be ready my friends. The U.S as we know it is crumbling beneath our feet and is up to us to save what is left.
