Unfortunately, the gang of buffoons, poltroons, lechers, liars, shysters, knaves, thieves, and usurpers who rule are willing to create situations they can exploit and use to get the Peons to fall in and support whatever the cause du jour is. They are willing to waste the lives of the patriots who serve in the Armed Forces until the Second Coming to avoid being the one who "lost" whatever fight is going on. Note that Afganistan is referred to as the "graveyard of empires," having thwarted would-be conquerors back to Alexander the Great. What hubris makes the USA think it can succeed when so many have failed in the past? I think the constant war over the last decades is a device to discredit dissenters and a laboratory to develop the technology and procedures to suppress the inevitable uprising when free Americans have finally had enough and it's pitchforks and torches time.
