There is one in every state. These are the new local gestapo HQ. In addition there are District Fusion centers in the States where the ten Governors derive from. This is in alignment with the ten FEMA districts.
While the patriots of America waited for the line in the sand the North American Union has moved on unimpeded.
Link these fusion centers to the grids created by the Eisenhower Federal Highway program you have the boxes that we must live in in the coming North American Union. Unless we want to become extinct we need to begin organizing our patriots in their boxes instead of our colonial states.
This will allow us to provide the pressure where it is needed with communications links, manpower, and finances. It will also make sure we are looking in the correct direction when the line is crossed because they are operating in these boxes. This makes them invisible at state and local levels except as "Strange movement of DHS vehicles where they shouldn't be.
