Almost forgot to ask. Aren't they DUTY BOUND to uphold THE CONSTITUTION?
Visit the link below to the original CoinWorld article, read all of the comments, and you will find one exactly like your own, as well as overwhelming support for the LD:

A few comments:

Bernard von NotHaus is currently back in court working out a number of issues, from resolution of the metal that was already seized, to his sentencing guidelines, and appeals.

Thus far, CoinWorld has been overwhelmingly supportive of BvNH and the LD. They were the only publication which actually sent a live-body reporter to the trial in March, and they are providing vital publicity within the numismatic community and beyond. Suffice it to say, that CoinWorld is considered the gospel of coin collecting, so they also need to be somewhat guarded in their reporting, as is their right.

The comments from DOJ and SS are so blatantly Orwellian (debt = value and counterfeit is genuine), that even the numismatic community is finally coming around to support the LD, which has not been the case since the LD's inception in 1998.

Back to the sentencing for Bernard:

Much is at stake, and the judge has a plate full of decisions, along with a great deal of pressure from the fed bankster tyrants who initiated the full-scale attack on the LD.

The DOJ and SS comments should not be taken too seriously, since they only parrot what they are told by their superiors.

The next few weeks are crucial to the judge's determinations, and at this point everything is up in the air.

We all know to expect the worst from fed.gov, but the full-figured lady has yet to sing.

Keep us in your prayers and positive thoughts!

I would gladly lay aside the use of arms and settle matters by negotiation, but unless the whole will, the matter ends, and I take up my battle rifle, and thank God that He has put it within my grasp.
