The Use of Drones will change warfare and will not necessary be better for the users of these Drones in either Foreign Wars or a War against the People.

Question: are the Operators of Drones, Combatants and legitimate targets?

Question: if Drone Operators are legitimate targets and they are far from the battlefield in secure military instillations is it then OK to target non-military Government resources.

Question: if a Foreign Enemy can not engage those who are targeting them because they are located in the United States operating Drones or other Remotely Controlled Weapons, is it then OK for our Enemy to attack American Civilians due to the fact that Military Targets are out of their reach.

The way I see it, if an Enemy can not engage US Military Troops due to the fact that the troops are no longer anywhere near the actual battlefield they may have no other good options then to attack the United States anywhere and anyway they can. And if that means targeting American Civilians in lieu of Military Targets then that is what they will do.
