According to Mechelle Leonhart, the head of the Drug Enforcement Administration, that's a good sign : Quote "It may seem contradictory, but the unfortunate level of violence is a sign of success in the fight against drugs." So whenever you see a photo like this, remember that it's a good sign that we're winning. Onward and upward, airforce
