Yeah, that pretty well sums it up for me, along with some comments I added.

This is the fed.gov version of a Declaration of Tyranny!

It would appear that someone (insert most likely domestic fed.gov agency name here) wants to start a shooting war with We the People.

However:

Apparently, our numbers are growing.
