Safetalker, I think you need to make that 50% instead of 10%. This is just going off of what I read on this forum in regards to Katrina where only 50% of the troops were unwilling to go door to door and confiscate guns.

Maybe it just me, but I think there are a lot of active duty and guard that are currently riding the scum line. How else could our military complex be so effective?
