The real truth about ObamaCare is that the entire thing is unconstitutional under the 10th.

The problem they face is that saying that means they open the door for challenges to SSI, Medicare/Medicaid, AFDC, Food Stamps, even several federal agencies.

I'm all for that but I don't see it happening.
