I'm not so sure this is an Obama victory, quite yet. The Dems now have to defend what has been legally ruled a tax on (for) healthcare. Notice that the Dems are not shouting "nah-nah-nah-nah!" in the streets? They are trying to brush it under the rug and forget about it. Obama's numbers are probably already starting to slide because of this ruling.

And best yet, read the opinion. This ruling does NOT give Congress the power to make Commerce or force Commerce where there is none. Roberts totally dodged the entire issue, at least as far as I read in the opinion.

I am certainly being hopelessly optimistic, but I have some hope.
