Here we have proof that bonded and insured, corporate LEOs are a greater danger to the general public than a lone shooter fixated on one victim.

What an egregious lack of shooting discipline, along with complete disregard of the moral imperative for using tremendous restraint on a NYC sidewalk FULL of pedestrians.

At least the NYPD Commissioner came clean early on.
