Memo to Bloomberg, Cuomo, and Christie: If you want gasoline and other supplies for flood victims, don't count on FEMA. Just stop trying to regulate the free market . If a businessman can sell his gas locally for just as much as he can by trucking it into hurricane-ravaged New jersey, then just what is his incentive to trucking it to New Jersey?
