The sorry damn federal bastards are deficit spending our money just keep citizens from getting the guns and ammo. They don't like militias training with blanks for combat simulations because it is highly effective training. The Texas 13th Infantry Regiment Militia which disbanded in 2003 (I used to be in it) was pressured into not training with blanks before they disbanded.
