I tried..damn it I tried... Someone explain why every shooting or terrorist attack, there is a drill going on...Someone explain to me the Dummy being pushed down the street by police during a real shooting incident..I seen the video..If that's a real man I'll eat my boonie hat..Look at the video's, I know some of these guys are off base and nuts, but this drill stuff and dummies just make me wonder..
