Yes, Oklahoma officials are calling this incident "workplace violence." Granted, his Facebook page had photos of Osama bin Laden and a beheading, but it definitely wasn't terrorism. It was just ordinary workplace violence, like Major Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood. So move along, there's nothing to see here.
