I wonder if this fellow was inspired by Eric Frein? He shot at police stations, patrol cars, and police before himself being shot. He is now in "grave" condition. Police in Washington state say a man opened fire on police stations and police cars in three separate towns Wednesday evening before being shot and arrested.
The Snohomish County Sheriff's office said the first in the series of attacks took place at approximately 9:30 p.m. local time, when an unmanned patrol car was shot at from a white pickup truck in the town of Great Falls.
A few minutes later, police in Lake Stevens reported that their headquarters were being fired upon. KCPQ-TV reported that police cars were targeted in Lake Stevens as well.
A short time after that, police located the truck and chased the suspect into the town of Marysville, where he shot at another patrol car before he was wounded and taken into custody. KCPQ reported early Thursday that the suspect, who has not been identified, was in grave condition.
A law enforcement official told the station that a Marysville police officer suffered injuries as a result of the shooting, but they were not life-threatening. It was not immediately clear whether the officer was hit by a gunshot or by debris from the shot.
Lake Stevens Police Commander Dennis Taylor said the man was apparently armed with a "high-capacity" rifle. Taylor added that "many"shots were fired and said that the police vehicles were hit "many times."
Mackenzie Harris, 17, of Marysville, told KOMO-TV that she saw police pull over the truck before the driver pulled out a gun and started shooting.
"We heard gunshots, so we ran inside," Harris said. "While we were running up to my room, we heard, like, two dozen more shots being fired. We walked back down stairs and heard cops screaming and a bunch of yelling. Onward and upward, airforce

Is your MBR calibre capable of barrier penetration? May want to re-think that 5.56 option. High capacity IMHO is a drum or belt fed. When you throw flash bangs in a baby crib without accountability it's bound to cause some blow back. Police have brought this on themselves with minor infractions ending with dead pets or worse dead citizens. Nobody wants to interact with the police.
Well, this is it.

We can't reliably speculate on what is happening in the mind of every angry tweaker out there but Washington State in general has some dangerous people and a dangerous predatory culture along the I-5 North/South Corridor and that area includes Snohomish County which is suburb to the Seattle area.
Snohomish County remains under the control of an unholy alliance of sorts between a hodgepodge of biker gangs and covens of tweakers dominated by the Hells Angels, a cabal of local law enforcement, and a number of shady satanic themed occult practitioners who managed to infiltrate several local institutions of power and authority. It seems that for a long time through the 1970s to 1990s, they had control of the local Masonic lodges although that dominance waned in recent years. Infighting during the 1980s had claimed the life of a popular high ranking former Sheriff who had been investigating a drug pipeline reaching from Mexico to Canada.
Our interests withdrew from that area a long time ago due to lack of local support and a considerable amount of predatory behavior among the locals, particularly related to attempts at putting our people in prison, theft of weapons caches and stockpiles, false accusations of crime, attempts at building hostility with the locally dominant Hells Angles motorcycle club and other issues not to be discussed openly, but well known to the players involved.
Life liberty, and the pursuit of those who threaten them.
