I am not quite sure if the "elites" are it because that breed is always happy with the status quo. If people have a big enough legitimate gripe about that, they get bought off.

No, what we are dealing with is aspiring elites, the one step down. The third or fourth string that figure they deserve the next few steps up and deserve to have it.

I will say this, there are people trying pretty hard to stir up the racial stuff. A lot of churches working to keep a lid on it, and strangely enough, what we see around here, the criminal organizations have become much more mafia like, working out arrangements and turf in ways to not screw up business. When money matters, each organization tries to have racial representation across the spectrum so the organization can more effectively deal with challenges using a representative too the same race as the issue. It's pretty rare to see someone picking race issues over making money, especially in an uptick economy.
