As to 1967 if the USA fought in Vietnam the same way we fought WW2 instead of fighting a Limited War as we did in Korea and Vietnam, we would have won in Vietnam instead of leaving Vietnam with our tails between our legs like the Cowards we were.

As to ISIS those bastards need to be totally destroyed and destroyed by any and all means necessary, including by the use of American Ground forces and to Hell with Collateral Damage.

Personally if I were President I would have zero problem using Nukes on the scum since I would prefer to see Millions of dead Syrian Muslims then one Dead American Soldier or Marine.

I also believe that as long as ISIS has plans for Attacking Americans on US Territory what happens in Syria is our business. and any one who believes America should not be involved is at best a retard.

One very important fact that the non-interventionists don't seem to comprehend is the United States is fully responsible for what is now happening with ISIS in Syria and elsewhere.

The responsibility is totally on Bush the 2nd and all the Hawks who supported attacking Iraq and getting rid of Saddam Hussein.

There is a saying or idiom you make the bed now you have to lie in it.

Well like it or not, the United States made it's bed in Iraq which which is responsible for ISIS, we have to lie in that bed of nails we made regardless of how uncomfortable it is.

In short The United States is responsible and we have to be men enough to correct the problem with or without the help of our Allies.
