Yeah, looks like it. Not real pretty either. Personally though, I don't think such an alliance would last much longer than the issues at hand.

The Turks and Iranians have a long established history of abusing Christian sects directly aligned with the Russian Orthodox church and eventually the local populations in Iran and Turkey will get the ideas in their heads that they are the people in charge of everything and everyone has to beg to their whims, which is something the Russians just don't fly with very well. They will piss off the Russians in some way, the Russians will do something about it and the alliance will fade into memory once it is no longer really useful.
