If these yahoos work for us how come they can't get rid of/scrap this crap 7 or 8 times in 100 days instead of 1 thing in 100 days???

If they can't do the RIGHT THING in an efficient manner then they need to get the flock out of the way and find new jobs in the PRIVATE SECTOR. I can be plainer but the 7 words George Carlin spoke of, that's right, that's what I have in mind.
