2 questions... I’m not at all techie... but....

1. is there anyway on an iPhone to use a “safer” (more private) internet browser than the “safari” that is the default browser?

2. WHEN Parler gets their pro 1st amendment web service provider set up and us back online... is there any way for smart phones to download their app other than the Apple/google app stores? I already use it, but a bunch of my late to prepare associates are wondering.
