To be fair, I'd rather that money go to migrants than to line some crooked UN bureaucrat's pockets.

The migrants in that Reynosa camp thought they were formally applying for asylum in the U.S. They're not. What they're being given are preliminary forms for Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), to be filled out over a cell phone app, for the early part of the asylum process. And no one seems to be telling the migrants that economic reasons is not good enough to be granted asylum.

This looks like another government-run cluster. That's nothing new for the UN, or the Mexican government, and certainly not for the Biden administration.
