•Brig. Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh – Commander of IRGC Aerospace Force
•Brig. Gen. Esmail Qaani – Commander of the IRGC Quds Force (Soleimani’s successor)
•Rear Adm. Ali Shamkhani – Former Supreme National Security Council Secretary; senior Supreme Leader advisor
•Maj. Gen. Gholamreza Mehrabi – Deputy Intelligence Chief, Armed Forces General Staff
•Maj. Gen. Mehdi Rabbani – Deputy for Operations, General Staff
