I'm leaning more and more that way myself. It seems like a pretty unlikely conspiracy theory, but what are the chances of running into any Republican on the Brown campus, let alone the VP of the Republican Club? It would be in the low single digits. And she was shot several times, making it more likely she really was the target. I think Col. Maness called it right.
