If this is true, I wouldn't be surprised. From their very beginning, Green Berets were tasked with training and supporting indigenous forces. This would be right up their alley.
I tend to take reports like this with a huge grain of salt. It just isn't possible to tell how much of it is real, and how much propaganda. But I'm seeing reports of IRGC members staying off the streets, and maybe even deserting, so it's worth watching.
