I just watched the interview and the text messages with Lance Twiggs. I'm going out on a limb here, but I just don't see this preliminary hearing going on for much longer, the State has presented more than enough evidence to establish probable cause.
If I were the judge, I would ask the defense if they want to present any evidence or witnesses, then rule there is probable cause, halt the hearing, and order an arraignment.
Will the judge actually do that? I doubt it, but we'll soon find out.
