There are lots of other short You-Tube video links from this that are very interesting.

This is all Aikido / Aikijujitsu based stuff. IMO it is more real world applicaple than flash & dash taekwando or karate. (I say this as a former karate guy who trained for 25+ years!)In a real fight you end up grappling or grabbing something. There are some short video links on the side bar menu that show how to perform some of the basic takedown techniques which are very effective. These are some of the very same techniques that the JBT's use to take people down. It is only fitting that we know the same stuff that they do! laugh

I've studied Brazilian JuJitsu and had allot of fun with it. It's been many years since I trained and I need to get back and finsh what I started. But JuJitsu is from the ground fighting techniques used by the Samurais to overcome their opponant who was clad in heavy leather armor. Most of what I was taught revolved around pressure points, throws, bone breaking and grapling. I see no reason why a modern fighter in all of his gear couldn't use many of these simple and easy to learn JuJitsu techniques.

For I am to fond of the stars to be affraid of the night.
