Develop creative strategies to rest...as being at risk of harming themselves.

Notice the first line, "...restrict access to lethal means among military servicemembers or those indicated to be at risk of harming themselves." I sure they mean to restrict ALL soldiers and veterans access to firearms.

I see it referring to both Service members and Civilians.

After all it comes from RAND.

"To achieve One World Government it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, their loyalty to family traditions and national identification."

Saw this on presstv but you beat me. Bottom line is if a person wants to kill themselves they will. How did the other 50% kill themselves is what I want to know. Will they outlaw razor blades or rope next? How about Rx drugs and aspirin. I mean if they keep going trying to protect us we won't have any bridges left to jump off of. But hey, we'll be safe right?

Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight. - Psalm, CXLIV
