Radio Host Called For Police to Shoot Trump Supporters Before Killing of Ashli Babbit

By Paul Joseph Watson | INFOWARS.COM Thursday, January 07, 2021

A leftist radio host called for police to shoot Trump supporters less than an hour before Ashli Babbitt was shot dead at point blank range during yesterday’s chaos in the Capitol building.

Four Trump supporters were left dead following the bedlam that unfolded yesterday, with authorities only revealing that the other three had died from “medical emergencies.”

Shocking footage shows Babbitt, a 14-year Air Force veteran, being shot in the neck by a police officer who deliberately aimed at her before gunning her down.

Before the shooting, innumerable leftists were on Twitter demanding the police use lethal force to disperse Trump supporters, including some with sizeable platforms.

Shelagh Fogarty, a host on Britain’s biggest radio network LBC, responded to a video showing Trump supporters scuffling with Capitol Hill police with the words, “Shoot them.”

Now that you're intellectually ahead, stay physically ahead by visiting our store.

Fogarty tweeted out the demand for violence to her 88,000 followers.

After Fogarty was confronted about her tweet, she blamed “white supremacists” and subsequently claimed, ” I want nobody shot,” despite directly calling for people to be shot.

She later deleted the original tweet, admitting only to it being “clumsy.”

After numerous people complained to LBC, the station said they would be investigating Fogarty.

Meanwhile, as Chris Menahan documents, Ashli Babbitt’s Facebook page was littered with leftists celebrating her death while the social media giant said it would ban all content from the incident not posted by mainstream news outlets.

Numerous leftists also gloated on Twitter after Babbitt was murdered.

Erick Erickson, who purports to be a Trump supporter also called for police to shoot protesters before Babbitt was killed.

Watch this carefully.

Does this mean there is an open season for Police on BLM and Antifa?

If so then it is time for me to come back out of retirement!

Unless WE get off our asses and protest her MURDER, then we have let the other side win Round 1.

BREAKING: Capitol Officer Who Shot and Killed Ashli Babbitt Should Not Face Charges, Investigators Say

By Jack Hadfield | NationalFile.com Tuesday, February 02, 2021

Investigators looking into the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt by a Capitol Police officer have determined that the officer should not face charges.

Sources familiar with the situation have told the Wall Street Journal that the investigators behind a preliminary look into Ashli Babbitt’s killing by the officer during the Capitol Hill protests on January 6th have recommended that the man not face any charges for her death.

Babbitt, a 35 year-old veteran of the US Air Force who had served four tours, was shot and killed by the officer when she entered the Capitol with hundreds of others. Her husband described her as a “strong supporter of President Trump, and a great patriot to all who knew her.”

An eyewitness told National File that Babbitt, who was unarmed, had begun to climb up onto a windowsill near the Senate chambers, and was then shot:

“As she had both feet in the windowsill, her hands were on the sides of the window, a man inside, not a uniform, he had a suit on, fired one shot, hitting her up in this region somewhere [indicates to neck]. She fell out of the window. The police that were there would not let me assist. I am trained in emergency medical services. They would not let me assist… They pushed me out of the way, and I stood there and I watched this young woman die.”

The Capitol Police officer who was responsible for her execution-style killing was placed on leave pending the investigation, which also looked into whether Babbitt’s civil rights had been violated by the officer. The investigation is a “routine procedure” that follows the use of deadly force by a police officer in Washington DC, the Justice Department noted in their initial announcement.

Officials for the Justice Department still need to make their final determination on the case, the report clarified. The Department has yet to comment on the story.

We think we know who murdered Ashli Babbitt.

Quote
...Withholding the name of the officer who fired the fatal shot — the only round fired by anyone during the four-hour siege — has bred speculation on the Internet and led to the mistaken identification of at least one officer. USCP Special Agent David Bailey was wrongly fingered as the shooter on social media and conservative news sites.

Now a new name has surfaced in the Babbitt imbroglio — Lt. Michael L. Byrd — and while USCP Communications Director Eva Malecki won’t confirm he is the shooter, in this case she isn’t denying it.

In a little-noticed exchange, Byrd was cited by the acting House sergeant at arms during a brief discussion of the officer who shot Babbitt at a Feb. 25 House hearing. Both C-SPAN and CNN removed his name from transcripts, but CQ Transcripts — which, according to its website, provides “the complete word from Capitol Hill; exactly as it was spoken” — recorded the Capitol official, Timothy Blodgett, referring to the cop as “Officer Byrd.” His name is clearly audible in the videotape of the hearing (see video embed at the link).

Byrd appears to match the description of the shooter, who video footage shows is an African American dressed that day in a business suit. Jewelry, including a beaded bracelet and lapel pin, also match up with photos of Byrd.

In addition, Byrd’s resume lines up with what is known about the experience and position of the officer involved in the shooting — a veteran USCP officer who holds the rank of lieutenant and is the commander of the House Chamber Section of the Capitol Police.

Following the shooting, Byrd’s Internet footprint was scrubbed, including his social media and personal photos.

Phone calls and emails to Byrd, who lives in Maryland where he remains on paid administrative leave, went unanswered. His attorney would neither confirm nor deny that the 53-year-old Byrd is the shooter, and warned that disclosing his name poses a safety risk to the officer.

The Babbitt family is frustrated USCP won’t release any information about the incident other than the terse and vaguely written statement it issued on Jan. 7: “[A] sworn USCP employee discharged their service weapon, striking an adult female.”

Because Congress has exempted the USCP from Freedom of Information Act requests, the family is suing the D.C. Police “for documents that identify the officer who shot Babbitt ... as well as notes and summaries of what the officer said regarding the shooting and the reasons he discharged his weapon.” (The D.C. Police has led the investigation into Babbitt’s shooting.) A hearing before a judge is scheduled for Sept. 3. Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch also is suing for the records....

Salon says Ashli Babbitt is the 21st century Horst Wessel. Even for Salon (which not long ago was touting Hugo Chavez's economic miracle), this is over the top. But it does go to show just how scared the left is becoming.

Capitol police officer "exonerated" for murdering Ashli Babbitt. He's so innocent, they won't even say Lt. Michael Byrd's name.

Quote
The Capitol Police officer who fatally shot the pro-Trump protester Ashli Babbitt at the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol has been exonerated after an internal investigation, NBC News reported Friday.

The officer, whose identity has been withheld, fired on Babbitt as she was attempting to climb through a smashed window and enter a barricaded corridor in the Capitol, where members of Congress were being evacuated after the mob breached the building.

An Air Force veteran, Babbitt was an ardent supporter of then-President Donald Trump and a follower of QAnon conspiracy theories, which she often shared on social media.

In April, the Justice Department announced it would not bring criminal charges against the officer who fired at Babbitt. A video of Babbitt's killing has been widely circulated, and Trump has spoken out about her death.

“I spoke to the wonderful mother and husband of Ashli Babbitt, who was murdered at the hands of someone who should have never pulled the trigger of his gun,” Trump said in an emailed statement sent to news outlets earlier this month, adding, “If this happened to the ‘other side,’ there would be riots all over America, and yet there are far more people represented by Ashli, who truly loved America, than there are on the other side.”

Trump’s embrace of Babbitt has helped elevate her to the status of a martyr for many supporters of the former president, and her death has been the subject of regular segments on networks like Fox News, OAN and Newsmax.

In a memo, the Capitol Police Office of Personal Responsibility concluded that “no further action will be taken in this matter,” NBC News reported.

An investigation into the Jan. 6 riot has been started by a select committee in the House of Representatives, and Babbitt’s participation in the insurrection and her death are likely to be a subject of scrutiny.

That's open for debate.

Lt. Michael Byrd, in an NBC interview, says he "saved countless lives." By murdering an unarmed woman.

You can't make this stuff up.
