If H.R.127 we’re to be signed into law today as-is, the American Patriot would instantly become an enemy of the state, as a result of an illegal decree made by blatant traitors in Washington. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees “the right of the People to keep and bear arms,” and clarifies that this right “shall not be infringed.” The People have the right to keep and bear arms, and the government, be it at the Federal, State or Local level, may not infringe upon that right. To anyone but a fool or a traitor, it’s clear that the government has no authority to restrict, regulate or take any action at all which could be construed to infringe upon the People’s right to keep and bear arms. We The People may keep any arms, and we may bear our arms anywhere and at anytime. The government cannot take any action which compromises our ability to do this. The government cannot require background checks, psychological evaluations, insurance, licenses, permits, taxes or fees, as these compromise the People’s ability to keep arms. The government cannot limit where, when or under what circumstances the People may bear their arms. The government cannot pick which arms the People may possess or which specific people may possess them. The government may not in any way limit or regulate ammunition, firearms parts, firearms attachments or supplies used to maintain firearms, as this compromises the functionality of the People’s arms, which may not be infringed upon, in any way. The government doesn’t have the authority; it is expressly forbidden by the highest law of the land, the United States Constitution.

Yet the Biden regime campaigned on a treasonous promise to further infringe upon the People’s right to keep and bear arms, and now we observe such legislation has been introduced into the People’s Capitol. The bill seeks to limit the People’s access to arms. The American Patriot is already forced to seek the permission of the government to purchase arms through the most common means, and that right is often refused. This bill would serve to greatly increase the burden of the People when seeking to obtain or to retain their arms. This bill would also serve to likely greatly increase the number of American Patriots whose right is refused.

There would be significant paperwork required for the People to apply for permission to exercise their right to keep and bear arms. There would be significant fees and expensive requirements, and so exercising their right to keep and bear arms would be cost-prohibitive. There would be costly, time-consuming training required. There would be likely costly, time-consuming psychological evaluations required. The American Patriot would be compelled to submit to this psychological evaluation, and the American Patriot’s spouse, family, friends, associates, neighbors and enemies may be interviewed. The US Attorney General, an unelected bureaucrat, would decide the “standards” by which psychologists, also chosen by the Attorney General, would evaluate whether or not the government will ultimately choose to refuse the People their right to keep and bear arms.

Just as psychiatry was weaponized so as to suppress the Soviet masses, so too would it be used to suppress the American People. In the USSR, those who dissented were diagnosed with such things as “political intoxication” and “sluggish schizophrenia,” because one would surely have to be insane to oppose the best system in the world. In USA, those who dissent could be argued to be “anti-social.” Those who don’t believe the left’s narrative, which has been extensively “fact-checked,” could be argued to be “delusional,” experiencing “loss of touch with reality” or even “psychotic.” Those who think that the facts indicate C-19 isn’t as dangerous as the narrative suggests, or that election fraud has occurred, could be argued to be “conspiracy theorists,” as well as “delusional.” Those who believe the Constitution provides them the right to keep and bear arms, could be argued to be “extremists” and again “delusional.” Surely mental defectives as these can’t be permitted to own firearms - it goes against common sense, it would be argued.

Should this bill ever pass into law, the penalties set forth in it would be stiff. Many would be financially broken by the fines. Many will have their Liberty completely deprived as government goons whisk them off to cages. Many would die attempting to defend their rights during raids. Many more would be victimized, or die, because they were disarmed and later unable to deter or defend against violent criminals. Just as the lunacy of our nation is rapidly rocketing skyward, the American Patriot would be rendered unable to provide for an effective self-defense, be it against private criminals, or public thugs. Be it against the thoroughly indoctrinated and agitated left-wing lunatics, or jackbooted goons of a profoundly tyrannical government.

The American Patriot would be disarmed, and at the absolute mercy of all forms of evil. Of all forms of coercion, victimization, violence and oppression. If what’s been so audaciously and transparently done to cause of Liberty and to the People, while capable of an effective defense, has been horrific, imagine the horrors which would be unleashed upon the American Patriot once disarmed.
