The Decision of the US Supreme Court today proves that our Nation can not be saved by working within the system and the only way it can be saved is by Bloody Revolution and I believe it will be very very very bloody.

I believe not only that we will win but that we will win in only a few months, weeks or even days and our Victory may even be quicker then the 6 Day War.

Why do I believe as I do about the shortness of the War and that we will win it. I just posted a few facts that should answer that question and will prove that we have the power to win and win quickly.

http://www.awrm.org/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=32&t=000738

One of the big problems as I see it is the truth that a lot of Patriots including members of this board do not have the balls or stomach for fighting a War.

On one hand we say we want to fight for freedom and on the other hand we don't want to get our clean hands a little dirty.

It has been said, you can't make an Omelet without breaking a few eggs which is true. And I say if you want to own a horse you better be willing to accept getting Manure on your boots or forget about getting a horse.

War is a very dirty business and Civil War or Revolution is the Dirtiest type of War.

If a man is not willing to get a little dirty fighting for freedom then he should not join in the fight and he should stay home where he can keep his hands clean.

My brain has been into legalese mode all day, so it's probably a little bit warped right now, but I'm going to disagree, at least in part. While the decision is not what I expected or wanted, there is a silver lining in it.

First, the Court affirmed that there is, indeed, limits on what the feds can do under either the Commerce Clause or the Necessary and Proper Clause. After the awful decisions in Wickard, Raich and Kelo, this is indeed a victory, albeit a limited one. But it's something to build on.

Secondly, the fact that ObamaCare was upheld by proclaiming the penalty a tax was a good thing on a few counts. It gives our side political fodder to work with. It's far easier politically to get rid of a tax than it is to explain to the electorate what the Commerce Clause is. (As I explained in another post, it can even be done in "reconciliation," where the senate filibuster rules don't apply.)

Thirdly, as George Mason law professor Ilya Somin pointed out, there is even a question as to whether the tax itself is constitutional . This may well be revisited in a couple years.

And fourth, little attention has been paid today on the fact the Medicaid penalty provision on the states was overturned. While it's not yet clear--at least to me--what effect this will eventually have, it does at least give a nod to the Tenth Amendment. There are indeed some victories in this decision.

Is a bloody revolution inevitable? I don't think so. An economic collapse is certainly looking more and more likely, and while that would be unpleasant and not without casualties, it probably won't be anything like a Civil War. I think it will be more like the collapse of the USSR.

But, as I said earlier, my ESP is notoriously awful. So keep your powder dry.

My .02. We don't have years anymore to work tripe like this through a corrupt system.

Im not going to stay middle aged forever. I cannot see us waiting this thing out. We have been waiting for this thing for 2 and half years now. How friggen long do we want to drag this out. Nope, its ass kicking neck stomping time.

Republic is dead. I want to live and die a free man. I want my children to live free.

Solution: Eliminate enemies of the Republic!

It's kind of ironic that just last week, I dusted off my copy of Matthew Bracken's "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" and started reading it....again.

Stray, I have lately thought about rereading that book again myself.

I've been rereading Guerrillas In The Mist.

Remember that Medicaid provision that was struck down, and that everyone was ignoring? That may be the key to this whole thing.

ObamaCare's "employer mandate" will tax employers up to $3,000 per employee if they don't offer their employers benefits through a state-run insurance "exchange."

But, suppose the state doesn't establish that insurance exchange? There is now no penalty if they don't! And if there is no insurance exchange, the employers can't offer those benefits, and can't be taxed that $3,000!

That has the same effect as taking away the individual mandate. Funding for ObamaCare collapses.

This battle has only just begun. Have a little patience, and pay special attention to your elections for governor and state legislators. And for your state attorney general, if that is an elected position. This is where the next battle is going to be fought.

I don't advocate for succession or another constitutional convention although I do believe we are in the midst of a Constitutional crisis. A new constitutional convention would be able to eliminate the BOR and the founding father's concepts of checks and balances against tyranny. A constitutional convention would be in the best interests of the NWO.

Lord Actin stated in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887 that "Power corrupts and absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." We don't have to look hard to see the truth in his words.

We need a new set of disciplined leaders that will help us return to the individual rights and responsibilities of our founding father's Constitution. It means that these leaders may need to leave their political party at the door if they want to do the right thing.
It will take people that are willing to pledge their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to get it done and hopefully at the ballet box.
If we can't get it done there, I fear that we will follow in our founding father's footsteps to address tyranny and we will need an equally strong group of leaders that will return power to the people when it is all over.
May God grant us wisdom, blessings and light.

I agree that a Constitutional Convention would be a worse case scenario.

I decided long ago that the day that happens is the day the next American Revolution is born.

You all can make what you will of that.

All I can say is that if we don't hang together we will surely hang separately.

Folks keep asking 'when' we are going to start shooting? I do not know about anyone else but I for one am NOT going to announce it publically. 'They' just have to worry about when they have crossed MY line. After that, for me I will follow Stonewall Jackson's philosophy of raising the Black flag and going on TOTAL war.

Total War. Just like they are using on us. Nothing for them can be considered safe. Not them, their family, their pets,......hell even their dreams.

Will I win? I doubt it as I am sick and old, but unlike the past I will take one or two of them with me. They just have to figure out how, who, what, and where I will strike. You know like they do to us everyday.

Now for all of you I give this advice. SHUT THE HELL UP!

Do not give the enemy a break or intel on YOU! Take that for what it is worth.

Now I would like to give us ALL an assignment. Watch and record the polling places this fall. Watch and record ANY instances like the last Presidential election where folks were deterred from voting by weapon carrying thugs. Also register and VOTE. Do this so not to allow your vote to be stolen by 'someone' voting absentee for you. Also encourage anyone you know to do this also. I do not care who they vote for, but I do not want to give either party a free hand this fall.

That's true. But the truth is, the Bill of Rights and all those checks and balances built into the Constitution are all but gone anyway. With a new Constitutional Convention we'll find out who our friends and enemies are pretty quickly. They won't be able to hide anymore.

Amen, brother. Well said. Don't give the bastards anything. I've always considered the act of not voting to be a form of surrender.
