I'm all in favor of disaster preparedness. But really, it's got to be one hell of a disaster if Wyoming needs an aircraft carrier.

The bill must pass two more House votes before it goes to the Senate for consideration. It would appropriate a whopping $16,000 for the task force which, given their mandate, seems pretty miniscule.
