Let's take this neighborhood disaster equipment a step further. Fire is one of the biggest threats in any war, grid down event or isolated area. You can not depend upon outside resources. You'll have to deal with it yourself.

Some may think what has this got to do with militia operations? If your remote base camp / supply / ammo dump is on fire what are you going to do? Stand in a circle and piss on it? How about your neighborhood? or your house?
