I was sent an e-mail not too long ago and will try to find it.
In it there was a group of photos, or a video link, showing a storage facility with a massive amount of various vehicles designated to be used by the DHS (perhaps the JD). They were not in use, just being stored for future use. Also, they were all painted white.
The one thing that stuck out was that some of these vehicles were designated 'for assault'.
I will try to find it, if not, perhaps this description will ring a bell with one of you out there.
