LOL, there are more national guardsmen in (just) California than active duty Canadian forces... and they have better equipment (except uniforms).

What exactly would Canadian troops do? The Mexican troops would get across the border, ditch their uniforms, sell their weapons (G36's IIRC) and get jobs.
