I don't care if the constitution is legally ratified to remove the 2nd. Laws mean nothing. Laws are only as good as the will of those subjugated to the law. No man has the right to tell another man what he can and cannot do so long as he harms no one. Yet every man has not only the right but an obligation to defend himself even at the risk and threat of death should another man try to impose himself upon him. This is the law of nature.
