They have no legitimate authority to enforce 'international' law on any citizen of a sovereign state, regardless of what they may claim. If these hessian mercenaries show up at any American citizens door...they should be treated as enemy combatants. If they attempt to violate any Citizens unalienable, constitutionally protected rights, they should be put down like a rabid dog. Don't aid or assist them in any way.
