The Federal Prosecutors must justify their existence. I am reminded of the following quote from the Declaration of Independence: He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their substance.
I would gladly lay aside the use of arms and settle matters by negotiation, but unless the whole will, the matter ends, and I take up my battle rifle, and thank God that He has put it within my grasp.
