That's it in a nutshell. They have the ability to do it, and so they will. Can anyone explain how arresting these two children protects society?
With that in mind, here's another passage from that same news story:
Illinois legislation is pending to make it illegal to upload on the Internet or disseminate a video of someone without their consent or with the intent to cause harm.
"The intent to cause harm?" Just how do you define "harm?" Can you be any more vague than that?
Imagine what power-mad bureaucrats can do with a law like that.
