I have to agree with rackman,A privatized education system is the way to go.You either give your student an excellent education or you go out of business,as a student paying my own way through college those"riots"disgust me,Why the hell cant they get a job or go back to class? they were smart enough to get into berkely (btw my cousin went there)they should be able to at least get a part time job somewhere for a decent wage!!
