I would imagine that a good many places in America are just that... "Still America"!

Since it's been ruled by SCOTUS that it's, "Not the Job of Law Enforcement to Protect the Citizenry", I would imagine that responsibility falls squarely back on each and every American Individual Citizen's shoulders!
